I don’t have much time today, but I wanted to post a link to an interesting read of CNN today where Justice Scalia defends the court vigorously. Even though Scalia was on the losing side of the healthcare decision, he has come out to defend Chief Justice Roberts and said, “We are not a political institution. I don’t think any of my colleagues on any cases vote the way they do for political reasons.”
